Following the indications and cleaning protocol indicated by the Ministry of Health in Spain we will ensure that our cleaning staff comply with them at all times

Protocol for our cleaning staff

• Prior to cleaning the apartments our staff will clean their hands and use disposable gloves.
   
• They will avoid touching their face at all times, taking breaks whenever they need to.
   
• The gloves will be thrown away after each use.
    
• Our staff will clean their hands again once they remove the gloves.  

• The property will be properly aired while the staff is working.
  

• .Surfaces that are often touched will be cleaned and desinfected after each stay. These surfaces include tables, chairs, door knobs, railings, light switch, remote control, handles to kitchen cabinets and drawers, desk, toilet, sink, bed side table and all kitchen and bathroom surfaces.

Surfaces we do not touch that often: the floors, the walls, the blinds and other such surfaces will be washed with hot water and detergent.

Sheets & Towels: we will use gloves when we manipulate the dirty laundry and new ones when we make up the beds with fresh laundry. Our laundry is all cleaned at profesional cleaners at 70º C. u

Protocolo de desinfección:

Se seguirá las instrucciones del fabricante para todos los productos de limpieza y desinfección (concentración, método de aplicación y tiempo de contacto, etc.).

Se seguirá las instrucciones de aplicación del fabricante, garantizando un tiempo de contacto de al menos 1 minuto y permitiendo una ventilación adecuada durante y después de la aplicación.

• Desinfectante de manos

• Jabón de manos anitbacteriano

• Pañuelos de papel y papel higienico adicionales

• Limpiadores antibacterianos para uso de los huéspedes
