General conditions
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
1. PURPOSE
These terms govern the contracting of management and rental services for accommodations offered by HOME AT HOMES.
2. SERVICES
HOME AT HOMES manages tourist accommodations and temporary stays.
3. BOOKINGS
Bookings are subject to:
- Confirmation
- Availability
- Corresponding payment
4. PRICES
Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
5. CANCELLATIONS
The cancellation conditions applicable to each reservation will be those expressly stated at the time of booking.
If no specific cancellation policy is indicated, the following general policy shall apply:
- Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date: 100% refund of the amount paid.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the arrival date: no refund will be issued.
Reservations identified as “non-refundable” cannot be cancelled and are not eligible for any refund under any circumstances.
6. USER OBLIGATIONS
The client agrees to:
- Use the property appropriately
- Respect community rules
- Avoid causing damage
7. LIABILITY
The company shall not be liable for:
- Damage caused by the user
- Force majeure events
8. PROPERTY SECURITY
Some accommodations may have security systems that will not be active during the guest’s stay.
9. OWNERSHIP
The properties may be owned by third parties and managed by the company.
10. APPLICABLE LAW
These terms are governed by Spanish law.
11. JURISDICTION
The Courts and Tribunals of Madrid shall have jurisdiction.
