Cancellation policy

We are always disappointed when a client cancels a reservation, but we do understand that sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances you may be obliged to do so.

At Home at Homes we do our utmost at all times to help our guests. Thus, if you do need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible in order to try and rent the property out again. If we do manage to rent the property for your dates or partial dates, we shall reimburse you up to 70% of the amount received (please note that this may be at a different rate from the one you booked).  If not, you should be aware of our general cancellation policy:

General cancellation conditions:

Cancelling 24 hours after booking, at least 2 weeks prior to arrival: no cancellation fee will apply.

Cancelling more than 30 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 30% of the total booking cost.

Cancelling between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking cost.

Cancelling between 15 and 2 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 75% of the total booking cost.

Cancelling less than 2 days before arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the total booking cost.

To protect yourself from any eventuality, we strongly advise that you take out travel insurance.

Any refunds due by us will be made by the same means that the original amount was paid by you, and always in Euros.
