Brand new, stylish and unbelievably spacious, this property will leave even the most discerning traveller spellbound. All 250m2 of the property ooze style and possibilities. Travelling with children? You’ll just love its open plan, allowing you to take everything in at a glance and providing plenty of space for play. A group of friends? The space makes for all the privacy you need, whilst the open plan allows you to share time together. Travelling alone, but still want the best of it all? The interior décor, with its Nordic-style furniture, colourful pieces, 20th century classics and a somewhat “industrial” air, will captivate you.

The property has four bedrooms, arranged at the end of a large, bright, open-plan area housing the kitchen, a large sitting room and a dining room. This living area receives natural sunlight through three large French windows looking onto Ayala street. The open plan distribution makes for smooth transition between all the different spaces. Beautiful wooden floors and pristine white walls provide the perfect backdrop for the many unique pieces of furniture, lamps and artworks in the house – you would almost think you were in a modern museum!

The entrance leads into the living area, a large, open-plan space housing the kitchen, which blends in naturally with its surroundings. It is a modern, carefully equipped facility, with high specification white goods and electrical appliances. A central island unit is perfect for cooking, having a glass of wine or enjoying a leisurely breakfast, and there is plenty of storage space for keeping everything perfectly organised. The cement tiles provide a chic and colourful touch, and a clear separation from the living room.

The large living room, the heart of the property, is divided into three separate areas, full of colour. The TV area has two designer easy chairs, a large screen, audio system and coffee tables. On from this is a sitting and reading area with two comfortable English-style sofas upholstered in luxurious velvety material, designer pieces of ancillary furniture, and a large standing lamp. The perfect place for heated – but very comfortable! – debates.

Opposite the living area is a large dining table for eight. And you will certainly dine in style: Eames chairs, with the perfect Scandinavian sideboard. Not to forget the works of art hanging on the walls, and the singular carpets affording warmth to the spectacular wooden floor.

A partition marks off an additional working space... or perhaps a play area for the children.

The sleeping area has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large 210cm x 200cm bed, full en-suite bathroom and spacious dressing room. The simple but stylish décor includes a wooden headboard as a main feature, with Kartell Componibili bedside tables in a stunning golden finish.

The second bedroom is a younger style, with two 90cm x 200cm single beds, a large wardrobe and ancillary designer pieces. The third bedroom is the smallest one and holds a trundle bed (one bed under the other).

There is a fourth bedroom in the property, also generously sized, set up as a sitting room, with a comfortable sofa which can be converted into a large bed, and practical ancillary pieces.

The bathrooms, lovingly designed and decorated, are full of high specification features, with bath, rainfall shower and designer sanitary ware. The décor here is also stunning, with superb lighting solutions, and space – lots of it.

All finishings in the property are truly luxurious, and this can be both seen and felt. Stunning wooden floors, atmospheric lighting, climate control, windows which help to maintain the perfect temperature and keep any outside noise at bay, structural iron beams and retro-style oil radiators... all the details which make a house a home.

Ayala I is located in the heart of the Barrio de Salamanca between La Castellana and Calle Serrano, the most exclusive shopping street in Madridrio de Salamanca. This is one of the most elegant and sought-after districts of the capital, known for its aristocratic streets, upmarket hotels, excellent transport links and many high-end shops, chic cafés and restaurants. The beautiful Retiro park just a 10 minute stroll away makes this also an ideal location to go with children. All in all, unbeatable cultural options just a short distance away from the city’s historic centre and financial heart.

Information

All fees shown are inclusive of taxes and other costs. Payment of a 30% of the total rental fees must be made for your rental to be confirmed. When a booking is made with less than 14 days in advance to your arrival, the total booking fee will be due. 

  • Arrival and departure. Check-in is between 15:00 and 21:00; check-out by 11:00. Should you require to arrive or leave earlier or later, you must request this at the time of the booking. We will endeavour to accommodate your request; however, this will depend on availability, and an additional fee may be incurred.
  • Cancellations. Cancelling more than 14 days prior to your arrival date will entitle you to a full refund. Cancelling between 7 and 14 days prior to arrival will entitle you to a refund of 50% and cancelling between 2 and 7 days will entitle you to a refund of 25%. Cancellations made less than 2 days in advance of the planned arrival date will mean that no refund can be given, and the full rental amount will be withheld.
  • Additional information. The minimum stay we have in Madrid is 5 nights, and 7 nights over the Christmas period. The property is fully equipped, including high quality bedlinen and towels.     
Total rental fees must be paid prior to arrival (with a minimum of 14 days in advance), together with the corresponding security deposit.
