This spacious four-bedroom property does all it promises, and more. Just five minutes away from the exclusive Goya street and the Retiro Park, the apartment blends together the regal essence of the Barrio de Salamanca, the exclusive neighbourhood in which it sits, with the highest standards and a stylish interior décor which is full of character. Details that reveal the discerning nature of its owners, and which will have you enthralled the moment you cross the threshold.

Located on a fifth floor, the spacious interior is flooded with natural light throughout. A total of 130m2 of living space, thoughtfully designed to make the most of each room whilst preserving the building’s original architectural features: impressive mouldings and skirtings and beautiful, shiny wooden floors, all cleverly matching the youthful and unashamedly bold interior design.

The entrance leads into the living room, a large space with two clearly defined areas adjoining a stunning kitchen and dining room, separated by large sliding glass doors which are in themselves a further decorative element.

The living room has a TV area equipped with a large modern L-shaped sofa, designer coffee tables and a sound and audio system (TV, DVD player, HiFi and laptop computer).

The sitting area is presided over by a large window bringing in streams of light throughout the day. There is a three-seater sofa, two Louis XV chairs upholstered in blue velvet, and a Noguchi coffee table.

Access to the kitchen is through impressive glass doors, a decorative element in themselves. Of crisp white modern design, fitted and equipped to the highest quality, it will be the delight of any demanding chef. There is a dining table for four and a set of   Eames chairs. This is not simply a space in which to cook, but rather a room full of character and style for hosting unforgettable evenings. No detail is spared (with first class white goods, kitchen utensils, crockery and tableware)... and a terrace! A breath of fresh air and even more light adding to the property’s good vibes.

The master bedroom is accessed from the living room. It has its own bathroom and is decorated in clean, white lines. A large king-size bed (180 x 200cm), a built-in cupboard with masses of storage space, and the bathroom, which has been cleverly designed as part of the room and includes a rainfall shower. There are three windows overlooking the street which bring in light, but this, and any possible noise, can be kept at bay thanks to the double glazing and electric blinds.

The rest of the sleeping area is located at the other end of the apartment, where there are three further bedrooms.

The first of these has a single bed and a large built-in cupboard, and there is space for a children’s cot if required. The second bedroom has a bed of 140x200 cm. Shared by both rooms is a full bathroom, with double basin and bath.

The fourth bedroom is the smallest one, with a folding sofa bed and a bathroom with shower built as part of the room. If you are travelling with teenagers, they will love the highly private setup of this room!

Espartinas II is right in the heart of the Barrio de Salamanca, an exclusive neighbourhood in the centre of Madrid, highly sought after by discerning travellers and foodies. Five minutes on foot from some of the city’s most exclusive streets, such as Goya, Serrano, Claudio Coello and Ortega y Gasset; a short stroll away from the main sights and the Retiro Park; and with excellent transport links to the cultural, financial and leisure hubs of Madrid. If you love shopping and have a need to check out all the chic restaurants in town, beware! You will find it difficult to leave. 

Information

All fees shown are inclusive of taxes and other costs. Payment of a 30% of the total rental fees must be made for your rental to be confirmed. When a booking is made with less than 14 days in advance to your arrival, the total booking fee will be due. 

  • Arrival and departure. Check-in is between 15:00 and 21:00; check-out by 11:00. Should you require to arrive or leave earlier or later, you must request this at the time of the booking. We will endeavour to accommodate your request; however, this will depend on availability, and an additional fee may be incurred.
  • Cancellations. Cancelling more than 14 days prior to your arrival date will entitle you to a full refund. Cancelling between 7 and 14 days prior to arrival will entitle you to a refund of 50% and cancelling between 2 and 7 days will entitle you to a refund of 25%. Cancellations made less than 2 days in advance of the planned arrival date will mean that no refund can be given, and the full rental amount will be withheld.
  • Additional information. The minimum stay we have in Madrid is 5 nights, and 7 nights over the Christmas period. The property is fully equipped, including high quality bedlinen and towels.     
Total rental fees must be paid prior to arrival (with a minimum of 14 days in advance), together with the corresponding security deposit.
