Located on the sixth floor of a graceful stately building, the property has been completely refurbished in an elegant, contemporary style. It is distributed over two floors, the lower level housing the sleeping area, the upper level the living and office area.

A large entrance hall welcomes you into the house, and high quality is immediately apparent, with warm wood floors and beautiful structural details. This level has the two bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom is spacious and bright, the decoration simple yet stylish. Most of the furniture, including the light fixtures, is 20th century design, and contrasts with some more classical pieces. The large double bed can be converted to two separate beds. There is a spacious dressing room and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and rainfall shower.

The second bedroom has two single beds, a large wardrobe, and a good-sized classical mahogany chest of drawers. Next to it is a large bathroom with shower.

The upper floor houses the living area, which includes a dining room, an office and the kitchen. The living room has a gabled ceiling and plenty of natural light. It is divided into a dining area and a sitting area with TV. The furnishings are elegant and modern, and the floor is fitted with a natural fibre carpet, providing warmth and comfort. The dining table accommodates up to eight guests.

There is a separate office space equipped with a desk, cupboards, bookshelves  and a large sofa, perfect when travelling for work or for using as a reading room. The kitchen is modern and very bright. Fully equipped, it includes a washing machine and dryer.

Serrano is Madrid’s undisputed shopping area, a paradise for fashion lovers. But much more than this, its strategic location will allow visitors to enjoy the best that this city has to offer: a worldly atmosphere, great historic buildings, and plenty of cultural and leisure opportunities.

Information

• Arrival and departure. Check-in is between 15:00 and 21:00; check-out by 11:00. Should you require to arrive or leave earlier or later, you must request this at the time of the booking. We will endeavour to accommodate your request; however, this will depend on availability, and an additional fee may be incurred.
• Cancellations. Cancelling more than 14 days prior to your arrival date will entitle you to a full refund. Cancelling between 7 and 14 days prior to arrival will entitle you to a refund of 50% and cancelling between 2 and 7 days will entitle you to a refund of 25%. Cancellations made less than 2 days in advance of the planned arrival date will mean that no refund can be given, and the full rental amount will be withheld.
  
• Additional information. The minimum stay we have in Madrid is 5 nights, and 7 nights over the Christmas period. The property is fully equipped, including high quality bedlinen and towels.
