Ca S´Hereu

This magnificent 17th century finca is located in the beautiful rural area of Port de Sóller known as Sa Figuera. It has recently been completely renovated using high quality, exclusive materials, whilst maintaining its original style. The finca still houses the old mill and tafona (oil press), both lovingly restored.

The house comprises six bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, a living room, two kitchens and a dining room, in addition to a number of areas in which to read or simply relax.

The house is surrounded by vineyards, centuries-old olive trees and palm trees, possibly also planted hundreds of years ago. The surrounding mountains provide impressive views, and the continually changing colours of the landscape throughout the day will delight guests. The property is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, and there is a beautiful pool, heated by solar panels, in the garden.

Access by car from Port de Sóller, with its extensive selection of restaurants, bars and shops, takes just a few minutes. Without a doubt, the perfect place for family reunions or celebrating special occasions.

ACCOMMODATION AND LAYOUT

The finca is accessed via a unique cobblestone driveway, with its own chapel in which weddings can be held, and, just beyond this, the restored oil press.

Once inside, the exposed beams and natural stone walls serve as a reminder of the building’s history, while smooth white decor and simple, stylish furniture create a loft-like living experience.  

The property comprises a total of six bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom. Two of the rooms are located in the attic, which has its own fully-equipped second kitchen and can be separated off from the rest of the house if required.

Ground Floor

This floor is home to the master bedroom, with a four-poster queen-size bed, fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with bathtub and separate shower.

First Floor

Here are three further bedrooms: two doubles and one twin, all with en-suite bathroom with shower (the twin having access to the garden and pool area).

The central living room, with floor to ceiling windows and an ergonomically designed reading area, is the ideal place to retreat to when the sun gets too hot. You’ll feel at home here, with large comfortable sofas, satellite TV, sound system and a fireplace that spells relaxation.

A flight of stairs leads to the fully equipped open-plan kitchen, with a Majorcan style sitting area and separate dining room for twelve looking out over the gardens.

Second Floor

The second floor houses a spacious, bright self-contained apartment with two double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathroom and shower, a fully equipped open plan kitchen and dining and comfortable sitting areas including a fireplace and TV with DVD player.

Large sliding doors open onto a stylishly furnished deck terrace with stairs leading down to the back of the house and the pool area.

OUTDOORS

Take in the tranquillity of the area as evening falls, enjoying the light mountain breeze, with the glow of the softly lit villa behind you.

There are several areas to choose from in the landscaped grounds of oriental inspiration, all with stunning views.

The central terrace has a large decked area with shower and sun loungers leading to the large 10m x 5m infinity swimming pool, which can be heated (with solar panels) if required.

A further covered terrace has a table for fourteen people, the perfect space to bring together friends or family for an al fresco dinner while gazing at the stars.

Information

All fees shown are inclusive of taxes and other costs. Payment of a 30% of the total rental fees is required for your rental to be confirmed. The remaining 70% together with the security deposit, must be paid 60 days prior to arrival or the initial 30% deposit will not be refunded. When a booking is made with less than 6 weeks in advance to your arrival, the total booking fee will be due.

• Arrival and departure. Check-in is between 16:00 and 19:00; check-out by 10:00. Should you require to arrive or leave earlier or later, you must request this at the time of the booking. We will endeavour to accommodate your request; however, this will depend on availability, and an additional fee may be incurred.
• Cancellations. Cancelling 6 weeks or more prior to your arrival date will entitle you to a refund of 70% of the rental fee. The 30% deposit is non refundable. Cancellations made less than 6 weeks prior to the planned arrival date will mean that no refund can be given, and the full rental amount will be withheld.

• Additional information.The minimum stay in Mallorca is 7 nights. The property is fully equipped, including bedlinen and towels.
