This magnificent 17th century finca is located in the beautiful rural area of Port de Sóller known as Sa Figuera. It has recently been completely renovated using high quality, exclusive materials, whilst maintaining its original style. The finca still houses the old mill and tafona (oil press), both lovingly restored.
The house comprises six bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, a living room, two kitchens and a dining room, in addition to a number of areas in which to read or simply relax.
The house is surrounded by vineyards, centuries-old olive trees and palm trees, possibly also planted hundreds of years ago. All fees shown are inclusive of taxes and other costs. Payment of a 30% of the total rental fees is required for your rental to be confirmed. The remaining 70% together with the security deposit, must be paid 60 days prior to arrival or the initial 30% deposit will not be refunded. When a booking is made with less than 6 weeks in advance to your arrival, the total booking fee will be due.
