Removed from the hustle and bustle of city life, Can Blau lies in a peaceful mountain setting near the village of Llucalcari, with amazing views towards Deià bay.  

ACCOMMODATION AND LAYOUT

This beautiful stone villa spreads across two floors and is lovingly decorated in shades of blue and white, creating a relaxed holiday atmosphere to make our guests feel at home in luxurious surroundings.

All of the rooms feature exclusive, quality furniture and incredible views. The floors throughout are striking, with traditional Majorcan tiles full of unique details.

The bright and welcoming living room, with its high ceiling and painted wooden beams, is located just next to a fully functional kitchen with everything you might need. It also provides access to both the dining area and the outdoor terrace.

The villa has four bedrooms (three doubles with king-size bed and a fourth with twin beds), four bathrooms, one WC and an office which can convert to a further bedroom if needed.

High chairs and baby cots for your little ones can be provided upon request.

OUTDOORS

​There is a large porch terrace with sitting and dining area, a patio, a large garden and a fabulous 45m² swimming pool.

This is the perfect retreat for a barbecue or simply for relaxing with a glass of wine. From the pool you can enjoy unbeatable views over the sea, with plenty of chairs and sun loungers for choosing your perfect vantage point.

Information

All fees shown are inclusive of taxes and other costs. Payment of a 30% of the total rental fees is required for your rental to be confirmed. The remaining 70% together with the security deposit, must be paid 60 days prior to arrival or the initial 30% deposit will not be refunded. When a booking is made with less than 6 weeks in advance to your arrival, the total booking fee will be due.

• Arrival and departure. Check-in is between 16:00 and 19:00; check-out by 10:00. Should you require to arrive or leave earlier or later, you must request this at the time of the booking. We will endeavour to accommodate your request; however, this will depend on availability, and an additional fee may be incurred.
• Cancellations. Cancelling 6 weeks or more prior to your arrival date will entitle you to a refund of 70% of the rental fee. The 30% deposit is non refundable. Cancellations made less than 6 weeks prior to the planned arrival date will mean that no refund can be given, and the full rental amount will be withheld.

• Additional information.The minimum stay in Mallorca is 7 nights during the months of July and August and 5 nights the rest of the year. The property is fully equipped, including bedlinen and towels.
