This luxury villa in Mallorca is located in the hills overlooking the picturesque coast of Deià, with panoramic sea views and spectacular sunsets.
The focal point of this property is the spacious pool terrace and its variety of outdoor seating areas. The outdoor sitting and dining areas have been thoughtfully positioned to make the most of the lovely vistas, and allow for a relaxing evening drink or meal while watching the sun go down.
A 20-minute walk brings you to Deià bay, a lovely spot in which to relax by the sea, whilst the narrow streets of Deià, just minutes away from the house, offer a choice of excellent restaurants, tapas bars, and charming deli-shops and markets.
ACCOMMODATION AND LAYOUT
But it’s not just the outside. This traditional stone house has been finished to a high standard throughout and offers all modern amenities, with three spacious bedrooms comfortably sleeping up to six guests.
To ensure the comfort of all our guests, this is a no-smoking property, and pets are not allowed. Pool and garden maintenance is included.
The villa extends over two bright and airy floors, with the décor an exquisite mix of the traditional and the modern.
The main living area is spacious, full of light and elegantly decorated with plush sofas in which to relax in the evenings. There is a feature fireplace, and, of course, TV and internet.
The kitchen is fully equipped (including a fridge, oven, dishwasher, etc.), with table and chairs to seat six.
One of the double bedrooms is located on this floor, as is a bathroom.
The upper floor houses the master bedroom, with a very spacious en-suite bathroom and changing dresser, as well as the third double bedroom, also with en-suite bathroom and shower.
But the prominent feature of this upper floor is, without doubt, its magnificent terrace, equipped with a sumptuous wooden dining table, perfect for breakfast with a breath-taking sea view.
The outside area and garden is accessed from the ground floor. Here is the large pool (13x4m), where you can relax on comfortable wooden sun loungers, sunbathing or simply enjoying the lovely sea and mountain views.
A dining area with outdoor kitchen and barbecue is provided in the covered terrace, so you can end the day enjoying a relaxed al fresco meal.
There is also private parking for two cars on the premises.
The property has a utility room with washing machine, separate dryer, iron and ironing board.
Cleaning / Towels / Linen: Rates include weekly cleaning, towels, change of bed linen and a welcome hamper on arrival. Additional cleaning and baby-sitting services may be arranged by prior request, at the time of booking, and will be paid for locally.
Swimming pool towels are also provided.
During high season, this property requires a Saturday to Saturday booking. In low season we are happy to be flexible.
Final cleaning and taxes are included in the booking.
Please note that this property does not have air conditioning.
All fees shown are inclusive of taxes and other costs. Payment of a 30% of the total rental fees is required for your rental to be confirmed. The remaining 70% together with the security deposit, must be paid 60 days prior to arrival or the initial 30% deposit will not be refunded. When a booking is made with less than 6 weeks in advance to your arrival, the total booking fee will be due.
