ACCOMMODATION AND LAYOUT

This beautiful villa has been designed with comfort in mind, distributed over a single level and accommodating up to six guests.

As we enter the villa, to the right of the large hall are the three double bedrooms, all of them fitted with built-in wardrobes and air conditioning. The decoration is simple and welcoming, in hues of beige and white. One of the rooms looks onto the garden and outdoor dining area, the other two enjoy views of the pool and solarium.

There are also two elegant and stylish bathrooms with modern showers in this sleeping area.

The rest of the villa is of open plan design to make the most of the living areas.

To the left of the hall is the spacious living room with two white leather sofas, colourful cushions, a beautiful wooden coffee table, sideboard and cabinets. There is a flat screen TV, and Wi-Fi throughout.

Following on from the living room is a modern, elegant and practical dining room with a large table comfortably accommodating six people. Next to the dining room is the bright and spacious fully equipped kitchen, which provides access to an outside terrace ideal for al fresco dining.

OUTDOORS

The large outdoor area is landscaped on two levels. The lower area provides the entrance to the villa, with a generous cobblestone driveway with ample room for cars. Bougainvillea, rhododendrons, oleander, trees and landscaped garden areas abound.

To the right is a beautiful and spacious private swimming pool and solarium decorated with individual and Balinese sun loungers and pool umbrellas. The perfect place to enjoy a dip in the warmer hours of the day, or to relax while sunbathing or reading a good book in the shade.

A few steps lead to the upper level of the garden and the main entrance of the house, with a covered terrace and comfortable seating around a lovely rattan table, making it the perfect spot for a drink in the afternoon whilst enjoying the pool and mountain views.

On the opposite side of the house there is a further outdoor dining area, with a barbecue and comfortable chairs, and featuring a delightful water fountain. The perfect place to enjoy an outdoor breakfast, or romantic nights al fresco under the stars, with the refreshing and relaxing sound of water in the background.

The finca is closed off by a beautiful stone wall reminiscent of the traditional Majorcan pedra en sec(dry stone walling), with a riot of colour from the many plants,flowers and trees which abound.

SURROUNDINGS

The villa is located in a very peaceful residential area, only a five minute walk away from a park with benches, children's area and a wonderful viewpoint looking out over the sea to the Malgrats Islands Nature Reserve. A boat trip to snorkel in the clear island waters is recommended.

A five minute drive will take you to the charming cove of Cala Malgrat, with the Yacht Club and Santa Ponça beach just a bit further on. Why not savour a good paella or some wonderful fresh fish in one of the numerous restaurants to be found here? Anything you may need you will also find in the supermarkets and other shops available in the town centre.

If golfing is more your thing, you will also find that you are very close to the Santa Ponsa Golf club.

Information

All fees shown are inclusive of taxes and other costs. Payment of a 30% of the total rental fees is required for your rental to be confirmed. The remaining 70% together with the security deposit, must be paid 60 days prior to arrival or the initial 30% deposit will not be refunded. When a booking is made with less than 1 month in advance to your arrival, the total booking fee will be due.

• Arrival and departure. Check-in is between 15:00 and 19:00; check-out by 10:00. Should you require to arrive or leave earlier or later, you must request this at the time of the booking. We will endeavour to accommodate your request; however, this will depend on availability, and an additional fee may be incurred.
• Cancellations. Cancelling with more than 60 days prior to your arrival date will entitle you to a full refund. Cancelling between 45 and 60 days prior to arrival will entitle you to a refund of 70%, cancelling between 30 and 44 days will entitle you to a refund of 50%. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the planned arrival date will mean that no refund can be given, and the full rental amount will be withheld.
• Additional information.The minimum stay we have in Mallorca is 7 nights. The property is fully equipped, including bedlinen and towels. Pool maintenance once a week is included in the booking fee.Please note that it is absolutely forbidden to hold any parties or gatherings at the property. It is equally important to abide to the property norms on conduct and to not make noise at night. It is forbidden to smoke or take pets into the property.
