Casa del Mar, with its beautiful stone façade, traditional green painted wooden shutters, lovely rustic features and tiled floors throughout, offers spacious and very comfortable accommodation. The thoughtful design has provided virtually open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas on the ground floor, whilst the bedrooms with en-suite bathroom are to be found on the middle and upper levels.
Ground floor
The traditional-style kitchen is fitted with a breakfast bar, kitchen table and chairs, two fridge-freezers, gas hob, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher. There is access to the outdoor terrace and to a utility room with washing machine and drier.
The living area boasts a spacious and comfortable L-shaped sitting area with television and DVD, Bose music system and Wi-Fi, beamed ceilings, fireplace and stunning sea views.
A separate dining area with a long wooden table seating eight leads to another small sitting area, with views onto the pool and out to sea.
There is a small guest bathroom on this lower floor.
Middle Level
The property’s middle level houses two of the bedrooms: the master bedroom, with a large four-poster bed (1.60m x 2.00m), wooden beams, small balcony, walk-in wardrobe and full, en-suite bathroom with 2 wash basins and separate shower, and a second twin bedroom (2 single beds of 0.80m x 1.80m) with beamed ceilings, balcony and en-suite bathroom with bathtub.
Upper Level
Here are a further two double bedrooms, one with large double bed (1.60m x 2.00m), en-suite bathroom (with bathtub and shower), wooden beams and access to a terrace, and a second bedroom with twin beds, wooden beams, a small balcony and en-suite bathroom with bathtub.
OUTDOORS
Access to the front porch – a riot of colour when the bougainvilleas are in bloom – and the swimming pool area is through large French windows in the main living area, while the shaded terraces surrounding the house provide a choice of locations for a leisurely breakfast or al fresco meals.

The remaining 70% together with the security deposit, must be paid 60 days prior to arrival or the initial 30% deposit will not be refunded.
