This beautiful three bedroom villa is located in a privileged position overlooking Port de Sóller and with views out to sea. Situated on the jagged west coast of the island, the villa itself is bright and airy and has been decorated in neutral white and beige colours throughout, creating a relaxing atmosphere.
On the upper level, the living room features floor-to-ceiling sliding doors which provide access to a large terrace with spectacular views, the perfect place for al fresco dining. Next to the living room is a modern and well-equipped kitchen which also has access to the terrace and barbecue area.
The lower level houses three bedrooms, all with sea views and built-in wardrobes. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom, and there are two further bathrooms, each with their own walk-in shower.
ACCOMMODATION AND LAYOUT
The main entrance is through a sliding door into a hall with a guest toilet to the left. The entrance hall leads to a large and very bright open plan dining and living room with a plush sofa, matching easy chairs, generous coffee table, DVD, CD player, extendable dining table seating 6, and decorative fireplace.
The entire length of one of the walls of the living area is fitted with large glass sliding doors which open onto a terrace with barbecue facilities and a wrought iron table with teak chairs for eight: perfect for al fresco dining whilst enjoying the breath-taking views of Port Sóller and the imposing sea.
The kitchen, which is fully equipped with modern appliances including fridge, freezer, four ring ceramic electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, is accessed from the living area.
The ground floor houses three double bedrooms, all with views over the sea and access to the swimming pool and a small terrace equipped with a wrought iron table and chairs.
The first bedroom has double beds and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, spacious walk-in power shower, WC and large washbasin.
The second bedroom has a single bed, whilst bedroom three has twin beds. Both bedrooms have access to a bathroom, each with walk-in power shower, WC and large washbasin.
NOTE: One of the rooms can be fitted with an extra bed if required (at an additional cost).
Lower Ground Floor
On this lower ground floor there is a studio apartment, ideal for a couple, with a 30 m² bedroom, kitchenette and large bathroom. Use of this apartment must be requested separately.
The large private pool (10m x 6m) is protected at one end by a glass wall, providing impressive views over the sea. There are plenty of sun loungers and a couple of sun shades.
Adjoining this area is a covered patio, with table and chairs, where you can sit in the shade. To the front of the house there is an additional terrace with a large wooden table, perfect for al fresco meals.
All fees shown are inclusive of taxes and other costs. Payment of a 30% of the total rental fees is required for your rental to be confirmed. The remaining 70% together with the security deposit, must be paid 60 days prior to arrival or the initial 30% deposit will not be refunded. When a booking is made with less than 6 weeks in advance to your arrival, the total booking fee will be due.
