The main living areas are found on the ground floor. On entering the house we come to a large and beautifully decorated open plan living and dining area with fireplace. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen – with modern touch-control ceramic hob, stainless steel oven and microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer – is accessed from both the dining and living areas.
There is also a separate utility room with washing machine, dryer, sink, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner.
Here we find the large master bedroom with king size bed and large bathroom with walk-in shower, as well as its own small sitting room with a desk, two sofas, TV and fireplace.
This floor also houses a second double bedroom with a desk and a bathroom with shower outside the bedroom.
Up on the second floor there is another large bedroom with king size bed and a chaise longue, as well as a third bathroom with shower.
This level provides access to the rooftop terrace, and stunning views of Deià and the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range.
To the rear of the property is a beautiful, very private patio garden which can be accessed from the ground floor.
This patio, with its plant-covered stone walls and colourful plant pots, is the perfect spot for a siesta in the afternoon or a relaxing soak in the jacuzzi.

All fees shown are inclusive of taxes and other costs. Payment of a 30% of the total rental fees is required for your rental to be confirmed. The remaining 70% together with the security deposit, must be paid 60 days prior to arrival or the initial 30% deposit will not be refunded. When a booking is made with less than 6 weeks in advance to your arrival, the total booking fee will be due.
