ACCOMMODATION AND LAYOUT

Sa Galera offers spacious accommodation, decorated in simple yet characterful style, spread over three levels in the main house and a separate studio apartment. The perfect place for a large party wishing to holiday together but seeking privacy in their accommodation.

Lower Ground Floor

This floor houses a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, four-poster bed, wooden beams, air-conditioning, and doors to the terrace.

There are two further double bedrooms sharing a bathroom, both with a four-poster bed, beamed ceilings, air-conditioning and doors to the terrace.

There is also an independent studio apartment with a four poster bed, bathroom with shower, air conditioning, satellite TV and sitting area (with seating that can be converted into two additional single beds, perfect for children).

Ground Floor

This floor provides the main access to the property.

There is an open plan, fully equipped kitchen leading to dining and living areas, with beamed ceilings, two three-seater sofas, an armchair, satellite TV, Bose music system, Wi-Fi and fireplace.

From here, doors lead to two outside terraces where you can enjoy al fresco meals with beautiful views of both the mountains and the sea.

There is also a utility room with washing machine and drier, and a cloakroom.

First Floor

The master bedroom is to be found here, with its en-suite bathroom and hydro-massage shower, dressing room, satellite TV, air-conditioning, beautiful beamed ceilings and doors leading to the terrace.

OUTDOORS

A large covered terrace extends along the entire front of the property, providing a number of seating areas, as well as a barbecue for preparing al fresco meals.

Just beyond the terrace is the large turquoise swimming pool* and lush garden, with fruit trees, olive trees and palm trees. The views over the mountains are superb.

The grounds also provide parking space for several cars.

*The pool may be heated at an extra cost.

The villa is a 4 minute drive or 12 minute walk from Deià town centre, where you will find shops, restaurants, bars and cafés. The nearest beach, Cala Deià, is 1.6 km from the property.

Information

All fees shown are inclusive of taxes and other costs. Payment of a 30% of the total rental fees is required for your rental to be confirmed. The remaining 70% together with the security deposit, must be paid 60 days prior to arrival or the initial 30% deposit will not be refunded. When a booking is made with less than 6 weeks in advance to your arrival, the total booking fee will be due.

• Arrival and departure. Check-in is between 16:00 and 19:00; check-out by 10:00. Should you require to arrive or leave earlier or later, you must request this at the time of the booking. We will endeavour to accommodate your request; however, this will depend on availability, and an additional fee may be incurred.
• Cancellations. Cancelling 6 weeks or more prior to your arrival date will entitle you to a refund of 70% of the rental fee. The 30% deposit is non refundable. Cancellations made less than 6 weeks prior to the planned arrival date will mean that no refund can be given, and the full rental amount will be withheld.

• Additional information.The minimum stay in Mallorca is 7 nights. The property is fully equipped, including bedlinen and towels.
