Located on a private estate amongst acres of centuries-old Majorcan olive groves, this stunning villa has been lovingly restored in 2018 by its new owners in a way that complements and respects its original features, whilst at the same time providing all the comforts you would expect today, with contemporary-style décor.

Sa Tafona provides spectacular views of the bay of Palma, both during the day and at night, when the city lights shine in the distance.

ACCOMMODATION AND LAYOUT

The estate is built around a traditional Spanish patio, which offers protection from both wind and sun, and where water was once collected from the well.

This welcoming holiday home extends over two floors and can accommodate twelve guests.

The property has six spacious air-conditioned rooms of rustic and eclectic design, emphasising natural and original features such as wooden beams, stone walls and high ceilings.

Five of the double bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom and separate sitting area. The sixth bedroom has twin beds and connecting doors to the master bedroom and en-suite bathroom.

The property boasts a well equipped kitchen and a large and very bright living area with fireplace, the site of the old tafona (oil mill). It is equipped with cable TV, music system and Wi-Fi.

The highlight of the property is the infinity pool on the sunny terrace of natural stone, from where you can enjoy an unforgettable view of the bay of Palma, the valley and the surrounding mountains.

Sa Tafona has a covered, comfortably furnished terrace with dining and sitting areas. There is also a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with barbecue and a chill-out zone for enjoying al fresco dining and relaxing evenings.

If exercise is more your thing, the property also has a tennis court, and opportunities for beautiful nature walks are plentiful.

Information

All fees shown are inclusive of taxes and other costs. Payment of a 30% of the total rental fees is required for your rental to be confirmed. The remaining 70% together with the security deposit, must be paid 60 days prior to arrival or the initial 30% deposit will not be refunded. When a booking is made with less than 6 weeks in advance to your arrival, the total booking fee will be due.

• Arrival and departure. Check-in is between 16:00 and 19:00; check-out by 10:00. Should you require to arrive or leave earlier or later, you must request this at the time of the booking. We will endeavour to accommodate your request; however, this will depend on availability, and an additional fee may be incurred.
• Cancellations. Cancelling 6 weeks or more prior to your arrival date will entitle you to a refund of 70% of the rental fee. The 30% deposit is non refundable. Cancellations made less than 6 weeks prior to the planned arrival date will mean that no refund can be given, and the full rental amount will be withheld.

• Additional information.The minimum stay in Mallorca is 7 nights. The property is fully equipped, including bedlinen and towels.
