"Enjoy a wonderful luxury break for up to eight friends or family members"
Located on the picturesque Spanish island of Mallorca, this finca forms part of Son Bunyola, spanning 680 acres of stunning landscape in Banyalbufar, on the northwest coast of the island. The vast estate includes three villas available for exclusive bookings: Sa Punta de S’Aguila, Sa Terra and Son Balagueret.
Central to the estate is a large historic manor house, or ‘finca’, dating from the 1800s. This building is currently unused, but provides a stunning centrepiece for the dramatic scenery. The land around the building is terraced and planted with vineyards, orange and lemon trees, almonds, and hundreds of olive trees.
Literally translating as ‘earth’ in the local language, this four-bedroom villa lies close to the edge of the estate, just a 20 minute walk away from a pebble beach.
ACCOMMODATION AND LAYOUT
Sa Terra Mia is a charming, traditional stone Majorcan house with a tiled roof, colourful painted shutters, and beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea from all four of its luxurious bedrooms.

The ground floor houses a fully equipped kitchen, a living room on two levels with a fireplace and doors leading to the outside terrace, an elegant dining room again with its own fireplace, and two lavishly decorated bedrooms with marble en-suite bathrooms.
Upper Floor
The upper floor houses two bedrooms with king-size bed, a private terrace and stunning sea views. The master bedroom has a fireplace, sitting area and large bathroom with bath.
OUTDOORS
The outdoor dining and sitting area is covered but open to allow the breeze to flow, with a hammock in the shade for afternoon siestas, and a convenient outdoor kitchen and barbecue for al fresco dining.
Sa Terra Mia also has a private heated swimming pool (15 x 5.5m) and a generous terrace and solarium for sunbathing, reading or enjoying time with family and friends.
The sea views from the pool terrace are simply stunning, the plush sun loungers and chaises longues offering the perfect spot for sipping chilled cava after a day spent by the pool.
The property provides access to a tennis court and private beach. There are numerous walks to be taken through the beautiful vineyards and gardens surrounding the property. A visit to the eagle nesting sanctuary in Sa Punta de S’Aguila is a must, to watch the eagles flying high against the dazzling blue sky.
If hiking is your passion, some of the best walking trails on the island cross the estate.
