"Beautiful luxury home situated in the private Son Bunyola estate"
Located on the picturesque Spanish island of Mallorca, this finca forms part of Son Bunyola, spanning 680 acres of stunning landscape in Banyalbufar, on the northwest coast of the island. The vast estate includes three villas available for exclusive bookings: Sa Punta de S’Aguila, Sa Terra and Son Balagueret.
Central to the estate is a large historic manor house, or ‘finca’, dating from the 1800s. This building is currently unused, but provides a stunning centrepiece for the dramatic scenery. The land around the building is terraced and planted with vineyards, orange and lemon trees, almonds, and hundreds of olive trees.
Son Balagueret is a quiet, traditional Majorcan finca with plenty of spaces in which to relax and enjoy beautiful views of the Mediterranean. The house is steeped in history, with its own original tower dating back to the 13th century.
The villa is laid out around a private courtyard which leads to some fabulous outdoor living spaces, such as the heated pool, a shaded dining area, and a covered chill-out zone with views over the estate and to the sea beyond. Despite maintaining its historic character, the villa has been fitted with all modern conveniences, such as air conditioning, TV and Wi-Fi.
