This charming detached stone villa with traditional wooden shutters in vibrant blue is situated in the heart of Deià, in the Son Canals community, and offers panoramic views of the village, its church and the mountains.

It also has all the advantages of being close to the village for shopping and restaurants, while at the same time enjoying the tranquillity of being away from the daily bustle of Deià.

ACCOMMODATION AND LAYOUT

This lovely stone house is spread over two floors.

Ground Floor

The ground floor is of largely open plan design.

To the left is a spacious, fully equipped modern kitchen with breakfast bar and three high stools, dining table for six and French windows leading to a covered terrace with dining table and barbecue.

To the right of the kitchen is a bright and colourful living area with comfortable sofas, coffee table, fireplace and beamed ceilings. All in all, an ideal space for family gatherings or enjoying time with friends.

Off the living area is a separate sitting room/study, elegantly decorated with sofas, a beautiful wooden centre table, TV, fireplace and wooden beams. The perfect place to rest and relax in the evenings.

The ground floor also has a bathroom with shower and a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, hoover and sink. There is also a highchair for families needing one.

First Floor

This villa can accommodate six guests in three bedrooms which are located on this upper floor.

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath with direct access to the terrace and from there to the pool.

The second bedroom has a double bed, the third twin beds, and both share a large bathroom with shower.

Please note that this property only has air conditioning and heating in the bedrooms.

OUTDOORS

The outdoor area is spread across two heights. The terrace/solarium on the first floor of the villa, which can be accessed from the master bedroom, has sun loungers and a sunshade, and is perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. Four steps lead down from this terrace to a lovely lawn with a striking bougainvillea, a large olive tree, sunbeds and the private swimming pool.

The pool area is closed off by a beautiful stone wall in traditional Majorcan pedra en sec (or dry stone walling) style. The views of the Tramuntana mountain range from here are spectacular.

There is a spacious covered terrace at the back of the villa, with barbecue area and a teak dining table with chairs for six. Perfect for enjoying romantic candlelit evenings. 

Next to this is a lovely spot with a round teak table and two chairs: shall we start the day with an outdoor breakfast? 

The rest of the property is surrounded by potted plants, flowers, bougainvillea and a wealth of trees.

Information

All fees shown are inclusive of taxes and other costs. Payment of a 30% of the total rental fees is required for your rental to be confirmed. The remaining 70% together with the security deposit, must be paid 60 days prior to arrival or the initial 30% deposit will not be refunded. When a booking is made with less than 6 weeks in advance to your arrival, the total booking fee will be due.

  • Arrival and departure. Check-in is between 16:00 and 19:00; check-out by 10:00. Should you require to arrive or leave earlier or later, you must request this at the time of the booking. We will endeavour to accommodate your request; however, this will depend on availability, and an additional fee may be incurred.
  • Cancellations. Cancelling 6 weeks or more prior to your arrival date will entitle you to a refund of 70% of the rental fee. The 30% deposit is non refundable. Cancellations made less than 6 weeks prior to the planned arrival date will mean that no refund can be given, and the full rental amount will be withheld.
  • Additional information.The minimum stay in Mallorca is 7 nights. The property is fully equipped, including bedlinen and towels.
