La Joya del Puerto is one of the 4 private villas which belong to this beautiful estate. Perched on the hill right in front of the majestic Puerto d'Andratx, the views are simply magnificent.
This property, surrounded by pine trees, fruit trees, a great variety of plants and with direct access to the sea (via a small jetty, crossing the road), is without doubt an oasis of peace and tranquillity.
Its outdoor terraces and infinity pool, merge with the sea and harbour views, making this place magical and unique on the island.

This beautiful stone house with typical Mallorcan shutters, decorated in a rustic and cosy style and all modern comforts, is without a doubt the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful holiday with friends and family!
La Joya de Puerto is spread over two floors:
Main Floor
On the main floor, the entrance to the villa, we find a large and bright open plan space with high ceilings and wooden beams.
A spacious dining room, living room and large lounge with several comfortable sofas, huge Smart TV, surround music inside and outside by wifi (B&W), fireplace and elegant glass and wooden base coffee table. This open plan area has huge glass panels overlooking the pool, the sea and the magnificent harbour. From here there is also access to the terrace and outdoor dining area, surrounded by colourful plants making this space unique and very welcoming.
Next to the dining room there is a little restroom and a fully equipped, renovated, modern kitchen, with a large island in the middle.
On this floor we also find the master bedroom, with a double bed and en suite bathroom and another bedroom with double bed and separate bathroom (accessible by wheelchair), as well as a fully equipped laundry room.
Ground floor
From the living room on the first floor, a wooden staircase leads down to the ground floor, to a spacious hall and and cosy living room.
On the left side of the hall you enter one of the bedrooms (with 2 single beds) and from here to a corridor leading to a bathroom and another bedroom (with 2 single beds).
On the right side of the hall and living room we find a bedroom (with 2 single beds) and another bathroom.
The outdoor area of the ground floor (accessed from the hall) has a large infinity pool, sun loungers, sun umbrellas, elegant chill out area and outdoor shower. Undoubtedly the best place to cool off and relax!
Through one of its outdoor terraces, there is an independent access to two more bedrooms with 2 single beds each and another bathroom, ideal for the family teenagers or those looking for more privacy.
OUTDOORS and SURROUNDINGS
The exterior of the Main floor (accessed from the lounge) has a large covered dining area for 14 people with cosy reading area surrounded by plants and an open terrace with comfortable sofas. Both enjoy the beautiful views of the pool and the sea. There is also a full equipped barbecue area, wood oven and electric ovens.
On the ground floor we find the infinity pool, with water jet, spacious, and a comfortable and elegant chill out area, outdoor shower and ping-pong table.
The villa has outdoor parking within the grounds, and is surrounded by nature, plants and fruit trees.
Leaving the villa and crossing the street we have direct access to the sea, by means of some stairs that take us down to a small jetty.
The centre of Puerto d'Andratx with its numerous restaurants, shops and services is less than 10 minutes walking distance.
Near the Villa to the left of the property in the direction of Sa Mola is the Cala Marmassen and to the right of the property in the direction of Port d'Andratx, the Playa Brismar. Both are less than 1 km away.
OTHER
Cleaning service included 4 hours daily from 9 to 13hrs or 10 to 14hrs from Monday to Friday.
Guests must pay the obligatory Balearic Ecotasa of 2,20€/person/night at check in.
All fees shown are inclusive of taxes and other costs. Payment of a 50% of the total rental fees is required for your rental to be confirmed. The remaining 50% together with the security deposit, must be paid 90 days (July /August) or 60 days (rest of the year) prior to arrival or the initial 50% deposit will not be refunded. When a booking is made with less than 90 days (July /August) or 60 days (rest of the year) in advance to your arrival, the total booking fee will be due.
