The property is located next to the popular Mateos Gago street, right next to the Giralda and the Cathedral of Santa María de los Reyes. It is a charming two-bedroom flat, located in a newly built building that preserves the charm of the Sevillian architecture on its exterior and façade and when opening its doors it surprises with a modern interior full of features.

The flat is situated on the 1st floor of a two-storey building. On the third floor there is a large terrace which is shared with the flat on the 2nd floor and can be accessed by stairs or lift.

Located in the same street that bears his name, Abades I and corner with Mateos Gago, it is difficult to be more central than this comfortable apartment.The entrance hall leads to the kitchen and a corridor around which the rest of the rooms are distributed. Abades 1 has all the rooms situated around a bright central courtyard whose walls are made of glass. To the left is a comfortable living room with sitting and dining area open to the kitchen. This room has 2 windows overlooking Calle Abades. Next to the living room we have the large bathroom with shower and washing machine. Next to the bathroom we have the bedroom with double bed and desk and at the back the second single bedroom with desk and views to Mateo Gago.

Abades 1 is situated in an old fully renovated building next to the central and lively Mateos Gago street that leads to the Santa Cruz neighbourhood, the Jewish quarter of Seville. This is a truly privileged area, in the monumental quarter of the city, just a few metres from the Giralda and the Cathedral of Seville, the Reales Alcázares and the Archivo de Indias, surrounded by bars and restaurants where you can enjoy traditional Sevillian cuisine and interesting shopping for local crafts. The building is within walking distance of the city's main points of tourist and cultural interest: the Barrio de Santa Cruz, the Murillo Gardens and the old Tobacco Factory on one side, and the main shopping streets of the city centre on the other. A perfect refuge to enjoy a thousand and one stimuli in Seville all year round.

Information

All fees shown are inclusive of taxes and other costs. Payment of a 30% of the total rental fees must be made for your rental to be confirmed. When a booking is made with less than 14 days in advance to your arrival, the total booking fee will be due.

  • Arrival and departure. Check-in is between 15:00 and 21:00; check-out by 11:00. Should you require to arrive or leave earlier or later, you must request this at the time of the booking. We will endeavour to accommodate your request; however, this will depend on availability, and an additional fee may be incurred.
  • Cancellations. Cancelling more than 14 days prior to your arrival date will entitle you to a full refund. Cancelling between 7 and 14 days prior to arrival will entitle you to a refund of 50% and cancelling between 2 and 7 days will entitle you to a refund of 25%. Cancellations made less than 2 days in advance of the planned arrival date will mean that no refund can be given, and the full rental amount will be withheld.
  • Additional information.The minimum stay we have in Seville is 2 nights, and 5 nights over the Easter and Seville Fair period. The property is fully equipped, including high quality bedlinen and towels.
Total rental fees must be paid prior to arrival (with a minimum of 14 days in advance), together with the corresponding security deposit.
