"The Palacio Buenavista is the result of a complete and thoughtful restoration of an original Sevillian house with patio dating back to the 17th century and having huge historical and architectural value."
7 Ventanas – meaning seven windows – is a two-bedroom, two-story duplex apartment accommodating up to four people. It is accessed through the very heart of the property: a central patio, the typical structural element of the period which brings in natural light and is surrounded by galleries, with eight impressive wrought iron pillars. Inside, the apartment utilises the high ceilings to create two separate levels linked by a statement staircase, to provide a clean, relaxing atmosphere. The whole interior of the Palacio Buenavista boasts open, minimalist areas and quality materials, to provide a flowing visual impression and a sense of serenity.
The apartment spans close to 70m2 over two levels. The lower level houses the common spaces: a living area equipped with a large sofa, coffee table and TV, and a contemporary and sleek open-plan kitchen with a breakfast bar for four. The lower level also holds one of the double bedrooms, with en-suite bathroom. The bed is a true statement of intent, with a sumptuous, generously-sized mattress a guarantee for that perfect rest. There is a large built-in wardrobe, and two windows overlooking the inner patio, the very heart of the palace.
The upper level has a reading area equipped with a sofa and also houses the master bedroom, with a large king-size bed and second bathroom with rainfall shower.
Needless to say, the quality of materials and fixtures and attention to detail are exquisite. Enjoy the organic, essential touch of glass, wood, ceramics and steel. Relax and make the most of your trip and your home away from home. Fit for a king.
