"The largest attic in the Palacio Buenavista is an apartment spanning more than 200m2 over three levels, all yours to enjoy."
Enjoy the unique features of 17th century domestic architecture. The Palacio Buenavista is a recently restored building of historic and architectural importance, steeped in legend. It is the main attraction of the calle Cano y Cueto, located on the doorstep of the Barrio de Santa Cruz and next to the pretty Murillo Gardens. Ultimately, one of the best locations in Seville, where everything there is to see is just a short walk away.
The palace houses 12 separate apartments, and this one is the most special of them all. A spacious property over three levels, with a terrace from which you spy on the Giralda, and capable of accommodating up to 6 guests, or the whole family. You choose which of its three double bedrooms you wish to sleep in.
Access to the apartment is through the first floor of the palace. You will immediately be struck by its contemporary, minimalist interior, high ceilings, spectacular staircase and, of course, top quality materials. An apartment to be enjoyed at leisure, and in which to rest after savouring all the plans Seville has to offer.
The first floor houses a double bedroom and a full bathroom. Up the stairs to the living areas, on the second floor, where you have a large open-plan living room, dining room and kitchen. All equipment, heating and air-conditioning are new and state of the art. The living area is spacious and cheerful, with light streaming in throughout the day. The dining area has been set next to two French windows looking out onto the building’s inner patio. Opposite this, the sitting and TV area, with a comfortable sofa, chairs and coffee table. Plenty of built-in cupboards are provided throughout the apartment to ensure that luggage and other articles are always neatly stored away. This second floor also houses a full bathroom and the second bedroom.
The third floor houses the master bedroom (where, as is the case throughout all 12 properties, the beds are a luxury in themselves, to guarantee that sleeping here will be pure delight), and a full bathroom with shower next to it. And there is access to the rooftop terrace-solarium, which is equipped with table and chairs.
