With capacity for three people, the apartment is an ode to light and serenity in which space is the real protagonist. Not in vain, its owner is one of the most renowned interior designers of Seville. Its large terrace offers wonderful views of the Giralda and the picturesque Seville skyline and the grand entrance of the light that flows throughout the interior of the housing.

The decor is minimalist and conceptual based on chosen classics of twentieth-century design, sculptural and functional, which give prominence to the predominantly white. Its stark walls create a serene atmosphere that contrasts with the animation of the neighborhood that is home to the housing and living their big week during the fair of Seville, where the neighbouring Plaza de Toros de la Maestranza is the ultimate meeting point.

The master bedroom with double bed and the second bedroom with a single bed, the open plan fully functional kitchen, minimalist design and integrates into the dining room, presided over by a spectacular wooden table. This attic has an excellent soundproofing, air conditioning and wonderful finishes.

Information

• Arrival and departure. Check-in is between 15:00 and 21:00; check-out by 11:00. Should you require to arrive or leave earlier or later, you must request this at the time of the booking. We will endeavour to accommodate your request; however, this will depend on availability, and an additional fee may be incurred.
• Cancellations. Cancelling more than 14 days prior to your arrival date will entitle you to a full refund. Cancelling between 7 and 14 days prior to arrival will entitle you to a refund of 50% and cancelling between 2 and 7 days will entitle you to a refund of 25%. Cancellations made less than 2 days in advance of the planned arrival date will mean that no refund can be given, and the full rental amount will be withheld.
  
• Additional information. The minimum stay we have in Seville is 2 nights, and 5 nights over the Easter and Seville Fair period. The property is fully equipped, including high quality bedlinen and towels.
