Nothing could be further from your stereotypical take on modern lofts (cold, minimalistic, industrial…). This stunning property provides guests with the warmest of welcomes. These old commercial premises now converted into a stylish, spacious and comfortable home, with large windows and streams of natural light. Cheerful in essence, open plan, with high ceilings, its owners have decorated the property with the greatest of good taste, in a modern style with vintage details, but always keeping in mind the fresh atmosphere of a loft. As a striking feature, the bedrooms have been separated off by a floor-to-ceiling glass partition rather than a wall, and thus life here flows naturally over these two levels.

The living area is the star player in this home: large, open, bright. The furniture, industrial in style, provides a decidedly personal touch. A sitting area with a TV, dining area, reading corner, and a working area with all necessary light fixtures. The kitchen is sophisticated, simple and practical, opening onto the dining area through a sliding door.

The property has two large double bedrooms, set one above the other to make the most of the high ceilings. Both rooms are fitted with a double bed and their own en-suite bathroom.

The location is unbeatable, in the heart of the barrio del Arenal, next to the Guadalquivir river and just a few minutes’ walk to the centre of Seville. Ernesto de Ceano, the renowned interior decorator, had his work cut out for him when he first set eyes on the property. Following complete renovation of the premises, he designed a delicious, contemporary, harmonious interior, building on existing architectural structures to make the best possible use of every square metre of space available.

Information

• Arrival and departure. Check-in is between 15:00 and 21:00; check-out by 11:00. Should you require to arrive or leave earlier or later, you must request this at the time of the booking. We will endeavour to accommodate your request; however, this will depend on availability, and an additional fee may be incurred.
• Cancellations. Cancelling more than 14 days prior to your arrival date will entitle you to a full refund. Cancelling between 7 and 14 days prior to arrival will entitle you to a refund of 50% and cancelling between 2 and 7 days will entitle you to a refund of 25%. Cancellations made less than 2 days in advance of the planned arrival date will mean that no refund can be given, and the full rental amount will be withheld.
  
• Additional information. The minimum stay we have in Seville is 2 nights, and 5 nights over the Easter and Seville Fair period. The property is fully equipped, including high quality bedlinen and towels.
