The property can be accessed from the garage on the ground floor. A fresh welcome awaits: marble floors, with soft pastel colours on the walls, painted woodwork and natural wood create a cool, relaxed atmosphere.

The inseparables have a double room with twin beds, perfect also for children or those indefatigable friends who are always the last to make it to bed. A full bathroom with shower sits next door.

The ground floor also has a small sitting room with TV. If you have a lot of luggage with you, next to the entrance hall there is a large wardrobe where you can put all your suitcases away.

The first floor houses the main living area: a large living and dining room, perfect for accommodating the family, equipped with two plush sofas, two comfortable armchairs, a coffee table, a pretty dining table and two beautiful sideboards. This is the home you were looking for… a place for resting, talking, sharing… and siestas!

The kitchen is another of the charming features of the property, where you will want to do more than simply have breakfast or see to the cooking. We love its L-shape, the cosy yet modern-style dining table with its highly original retro industrial design stools and the colourful décor. Long live mix and match!

Up the stairs on the third level are the two double bedrooms. The first is equipped with a luxurious 180 x 200 cm bed, and both have a large built-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom.

And finally, on the upper floor, a single bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom, and a laundry room. And to top it all, a pretty terrace for making the most of the sun and the fabulous weather in Seville.

• Arrival and departure. Check-in is between 15:00 and 21:00; check-out by 11:00. Should you require to arrive or leave earlier or later, you must request this at the time of the booking. We will endeavour to accommodate your request; however, this will depend on availability, and an additional fee may be incurred.
• Cancellations. Cancelling more than 14 days prior to your arrival date will entitle you to a full refund. Cancelling between 7 and 14 days prior to arrival will entitle you to a refund of 50% and cancelling between 2 and 7 days will entitle you to a refund of 25%. Cancellations made less than 2 days in advance of the planned arrival date will mean that no refund can be given, and the full rental amount will be withheld.
  
• Additional information. The minimum stay we have in Seville is 2 nights, and 5 nights over the Easter and Seville Fair period. The property is fully equipped, including high quality bedlinen and towels.
