Real de la Carretería is a building with much to offer: no less than eleven apartments soon to be available. This is the first of them, 88 m²bathed in light and freshness, a combination of versatile spaces and comfort without compromising on one of our pet fixations: top quality.

This two-bedroom apartment sleeping 4 is located next to the Maestranza bull ring, which means it’s but a short stroll away from everything that modern-day Seville has to offer: its rich historical heritage, cultural programmes, leisure, the best of local cuisine, and the Guadalquivir river close by.

The property has been intelligently designed to look outwards and benefit from natural sunlight for many hours of the day, making it a bright and cheerful apartment in which you’ll love to stay. Fitted with the highest quality materials, wooden floors, tiling, woodwork… and, of course, perfectly heated and air conditioned. A sleeping area which is fully separate from the living area. A wealth of details which make for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The entrance hall opens onto the main room of the property, a generously-sized open-plan living area looking out onto the main street through a large balcony window through which natural light streams in. A sitting area and wall-mounted TV above a Nordic-style sideboard, two auxiliary tables, a sofa and upholstered chairs. The hemp carpet and natural furnishings provide warmth and a comfortable sense of well-being.

There is next a dining area with a table for 4 and generous bookshelves. And, of course, the kitchen, with an island-cum-breakfast bar which blends in with the rest of the room, almost like an additional decorative feature. A versatile and flexible interior indeed! A sense of space, yet the person whose turn it is to cook will not feel isolated or alone. One of those details that is so important when travelling with the family or a small group of friends.

A corridor leads to the sleeping area, which has two bedrooms.

The first of these is equipped with two single beds with a bench at the foot of each, a bedside table, small working area with a writing desk and chair, and a large built-in wardrobe. The décor is warm and simple, with a couple of plant prints on the walls to provide freshness. Two windows look onto an inner patio and provide light.

The master bedroom is at the end of the corridor, private and relaxing with its large 180 x 200 cm double bed, bench, Nordic-style wooden writing desk, a window and full en-suite bathroom with walk-in rainfall shower.

The apartment has a second, full bathroom.

The area of Arenal, where the Real de la Carretería is located, has become one of the go-to places in the city if you wish to enjoy all the leisure opportunities and the cuisine that Seville has to offer. In the daytime, it is the perfect location for the best cultural plans: a visit to the Reales Atarazanas (the old shipyards), the Hospital de la Caridad, the old charitable hospital and chapel which still provides care for the aged and the infirm, or the Maestranza Theatre, to mention but a few. The myriad bars, taverns and restaurants come to life at midday, from the central market to the Avenida de la Constitución. For a drink after work, the sophisticated atmosphere next to the Plaza del Arenal is the place of choice, followed by dinner in one of the many small restaurants in the area, some of them the ideal location for trying what’s new in Sevillian tapas. And to end the day, if you’re still game, the lively atmosphere of the bars along the Paseo de Colón.

• Arrival and departure. Check-in is between 15:00 and 21:00; check-out by 11:00. Should you require to arrive or leave earlier or later, you must request this at the time of the booking. We will endeavour to accommodate your request; however, this will depend on availability, and an additional fee may be incurred.
• Cancellations. Cancelling more than 14 days prior to your arrival date will entitle you to a full refund. Cancelling between 7 and 14 days prior to arrival will entitle you to a refund of 50% and cancelling between 2 and 7 days will entitle you to a refund of 25%. Cancellations made less than 2 days in advance of the planned arrival date will mean that no refund can be given, and the full rental amount will be withheld.
  
• Additional information. The minimum stay we have in Seville is 2 nights, and 5 nights over the Easter and Seville Fair period. The property is fully equipped, including high quality bedlinen and towels.
