Real de la Carretería is one of them, a building located in the street of the same name which we put at your disposal with no less than 11 stunning and newly renovated apartments, all with quality materials and all the conveniences you need for your trip, whether travelling alone or with others, on business, for pleasure, with friends, family or your partner. Real de la Carretería 1.2 is an apartment which can comfortably accommodate up to four guests in its two bedrooms. Bright, lively and lovingly decorated with warm materials such as wood and natural textiles, hemp carpets and designer lamps. The perfect orientation means light streams in most of the day and provides a sense of space, freshness and relaxation.

The hallway opens directly onto the main living area, visually divided by a wide column which marks out the living area, TV and sitting area from the kitchen. An architectural design which ensures plenty of open space, but where at the same time the different areas are conveniently separated and independent.

The living area has a large sofa, two coffee tables, a pair of mineral-coloured, upholstered easy chairs, several ancillary pieces of furniture and various light points. It looks out over the main street through a large balcony window. The dining area is bright and spacious, straddling the kitchen and the living area, with an ethnic-style dresser and a wooden central table seating 8.

The kitchen runs the full length of the living area, blending in with the rest of the space. Of clean, modern design, it provides plenty of storage and working surfaces, and is equipped with top quality white goods and electrical appliances.

A short corridor leads to the sleeping area, with has two bedrooms. The master bedroom is a haven of peace, minimalist in style. The large 180 x 200 cm bed is the main feature of the room, to be enjoyed at will. It also has a small desk and chair which can be used either as a work or dressing table, a large floor-to-ceiling wardrobe, and a chest of drawers with two pretty classical-style lamps adding a touch of colour to the almost monastic room. There is a full en-suite bathroom with double washbasin, large walk-in rainfall shower, and designer tiling and sanitary ware.

The second bedroom is similar in size and equipped with twin beds, a writing desk and large cupboard to keep both luggage and clothes perfectly neat and tidied away.

The area of Arenal, where the Real de la Carretería is located, has become one of the go-to places in the city if you wish to enjoy all the leisure opportunities and the cuisine that Seville has to offer. In the daytime, it is the perfect location for the best cultural plans: a visit to the Reales Atarazanas (the old shipyards), the Hospital de la Caridad, the old charitable hospital and chapel which still provides care for the aged and the infirm, or the Maestranza Theatre, to mention but a few. The myriad bars, taverns and restaurants come to life at midday, from the central market to the Avenida de la Constitución. For a drink after work, the sophisticated atmosphere next to the Plaza del Arenal is the place of choice, followed by dinner in one of the many small restaurants in the area, some of them the ideal location for trying what’s new in Sevillian tapas. And to end the day, if you’re still game, the lively atmosphere of the bars along the Paseo de Colón.

• Arrival and departure. Check-in is between 15:00 and 21:00; check-out by 11:00. Should you require to arrive or leave earlier or later, you must request this at the time of the booking. We will endeavour to accommodate your request; however, this will depend on availability, and an additional fee may be incurred.
• Cancellations. Cancelling more than 14 days prior to your arrival date will entitle you to a full refund. Cancelling between 7 and 14 days prior to arrival will entitle you to a refund of 50% and cancelling between 2 and 7 days will entitle you to a refund of 25%. Cancellations made less than 2 days in advance of the planned arrival date will mean that no refund can be given, and the full rental amount will be withheld.
  
• Additional information. The minimum stay we have in Seville is 2 nights, and 5 nights over the Easter and Seville Fair period. The property is fully equipped, including high quality bedlinen and towels.
