Description

A fascinating property located in a 19th century house that was refurbished in 2002. It is a very spacious apartment on three levels, with high ceilings and original exposed beams, flooded with natural light. The apartment has been carefully decorated with the very personal touch of its owners, renowned Sevillian decorators, in an eccentric mix of modern art pieces, flea market finds and antiques that combines theatricality, irreverence and oriental touches.

The building that houses the apartment preserves the original appearance of the 17th century houses and has an arcaded patio with details of classic earthenware. From the hall there is access to the living room, the heart of the apartment. It has a sofa and three armchairs of different styles and periods, a sculptural coffee table, and a dining table for 2 people, as well as various practical and decorative pieces of support furniture. The flat screen television and the audiovisual system are hidden and independent of the decoration thanks to a built-in cupboard with folding doors in an oriental style.

Through an opening without doors you access the rest area, a spacious bedroom equipped with a king-size bed flanked by two large-capacity wardrobes and Asian-style bedside tables and lamps. The room has a dressing corner with natural lighting and, separated by an acid-etched glass door, a full en-suite bathroom lined with classic Sevillian tiles and various decorative touches with a kitsch air.
